Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken – chopped or shredded (I boil it, but you can bake, saute or grill)
2 Cans of Allen’s Veg All or 1 sixteen oz package of frozen mixed veggies
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Crust
1 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup milk
Mix chicken, vegetables* and soup into casserole or baking dish (If you use frozen veggies, microwave them for about 4 minutes first)
Mix flour, butter and milk together well – it will have a soupy consistency
Pour flour mixture over top of chicken mixture
Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes, until crust is golden brown
