Let me tell you how this REALLY helped me out a few weeks ago. I got an alert telling me that a package was on the way. I knew what day it was to be delivered, and on that day, I got an alert that said, “Your package has been delivered.”
Well, there was no delivery, but clearly FedEx thought that they delivered something to somebody. I called them and the agent said, “It says here that the driver left it by your front porch.” Ummm…okay…but I don’t have a front porch. (I was calling literally a few minutes after they said it had been delivered).
Evidently, it was delivered to the wrong address and the driver was able to zip right back and pick it up from the wrong house and deliver it to me.
I would never have known if I hadn’t had FedEx FREE package alerts!
