Nothing Says Yum Like Barbara’s Cookie Pies!!

Recently the great folks at Barbara’s Hand Made Cookie Pies sent us some super yummy treats to try and share our thoughts with you! She sent us a Fudge Brownie Cookie Pie, and some Joey Joy Butter Cookies. Yumm!!!

What’s a Cookie Pie? Glad you asked! It’s a little bit of heaven on a crust. Actually, a Cookie Pie tastes like a cookie and eats like a pie. It’s a glorious fusion of two of our favorite treats, and since we tried the Fudge Brownie, you can just throw in an extra treat – the one and only brownie! So what we have, folks, is a brownie/cookie that eats like a pie. It simply doesn’t get any better than that.

The cookie pie has a 100% natural butter cookie crust, which is baked from a family recipe handed down from three generations! You can just taste the ‘family recipe’ part of this flaky, butter, delicious crust. Personally, I think I could eat the crust by itself!

The crust is then filled with popular fillings and toppings (like our Fudge Brownie). It’s a cookie in a cookie!
