I was recently given the opportunity by the fine folks at Simply Potatoes to try out their product and see what I thought. What did I think? I think I’ll never make homemade mashed potatoes again!! The mashed potatoes in the Simply Potatoes product line are fabulous! They taste just like the ones made at home, and with a little extra creativity, you can have a super side dish!
I visited their website (click here to visit yourself) to find a recipe, and chose the Cheesy Rosemary mashed potatoes recipe, because I have a big pot of fresh rosemary and who doesn’t love ooeey, gooey, cheese?!?

This took all of about five minutes to prepare, and it was simply scrumptious!
