Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Pro Flowers is a super online florist that I have used more times than I can count. I have sent flowers to Mr. Coupondipity, to my daughter, to my friends, to my parents.
But I’ll tell you the most impressive thing that I have experienced with Pro Flowers – if there is a problem, they will make it right!
A few years ago, I sent some birthday flowers to a friend. She happened to be out of town (I didn’t know this) and when she returned after several days, of course the flowers were deader than a doornail sitting by her front door. I felt horrible!
I called Pro Flowers to reorder, and I fully expected to just pay for another bouquet. But guess what? Pro Flowers said, “We’ll take care of sending another arrangement out. No charge. Thanks for your business!” Now THAT is customer service!
