Wow! This almost sounds too good to be true, but I’ve done it so I know that it’s a super, super deal! Here’s the scenario:
~Go to CVS and purchase a Paypal Prepaid Mastercard for $4.95 (It’s good anywhere that takes MasterCard)
~Load it with $150
~Get a $50 CVS Extra Care Bucks Receipt!!!
Final cost? You MAKE $45!!!
Do you see how this works? You still have your $150 card, PLUS $50 to spend on whatever you need at CVS. I turned right around and spent the $50 on household items like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so I wouldn’t have to keep up with it. (Deal restrictions are that you can’t spend your Extra Care Bucks on gift cards, tobacco, alcohol or prescriptions).
One thing to note: they will deduct $4.95 from your card balance each month, so to avoid the fee, spend the entire balance in 30 days. I’ll easily spend that on groceries and a couple of dinners out, or Christmas presents!
