I was recently sent a copy of ‘Food Triggers’ to read and share my thoughts with you.
You’re probably aware that the ‘misuse’ of food sends more people to the emergency room every year than other emergencies combined! You may be someone who has tried diligently to eat the right foods, become healthy and lose weight, only to find yourself failing at every turn.
This book clearly explains why that may be happening to you and what tools you can use to put a stop to it. There are some people who are literally, physically addicted to certain foods. And for some people, their bodies don’t make the chemical that tells our brains that we’re full. Some people’s bodies make too much of the chemical that tells our brain, “I’m Hungry!”
When these issues occur, you will need more than willpower to overcome them. You will need to know and what to do.
This book also employs a biblical approach, which I love. I realize that this may not appeal to everyone, but being very strong in my personal faith, I can easily see how food problems need to be addressed with a physical, emotional and spiritual approach.
This book has practical applications that can be used by anyone. I would strongly recommend this book to you if you want to finally conquer your issues with food!
