I don’t know about you, but I’m kind of old-fashioned when it comes to playing games with my family. To me, a good game has to come out of a box! It needs a board! It needs game pieces! And for me, I love a game that challenges my mind. Hasbro’s Scrabble ticks all of the boxes for me and my family. We start the kids on Scrabble early in life, because not only does it teach them to play well with others, it helps their vocabulary and spelling. It helps them to learn to follow rules. It helps them to learn you don’t always win. It teaches them how to be a gracious winner and a ‘non-grumpy’ loser. It’s definitely a win-win in our family.

It’s Back! National School Scrabble Contest!
Teams (between grades 4-8) from the USA and Canada are invited to participate in the multi-day event that includes 8 rounds of competition and fun on-site events.
The entry fee is USD $100/team. The 2014 Champions will take home USD $10,000, plus the Champions Trophy and a great selection of Hasbro games.
