Summer is almost upon us…and that means that the kids are out of school, and that means that if you’re a mom, you’re going to hear “Mom! I’m boooooored!”, or “There’s nothing to do!”, All.Day.Long.
Maybe it’s time to stock up on a couple of new toys that you can pull out before you pull your hair out!
Vtech has a great selection of toys for kids that won’t break the bank. They recently sent me a few to try out and tell you what I thought.
This first one, the Go! Go! Smart Wheels ATV is super cool! It makes really fun sounds and our little guy (he’s 19 months) has a ton of fun sitting on the floor with it or chasing it around the room. Check out the features:

The next one is for our “bigger” little guy, and it’s the Switch & Go Dino – we received ‘Spur, the Stegosaurus’.
Spur the Stegosaurus is powerful; with his defenses he can smash through anything! Push the dino to charge up the wheels, then let go to watch it race away! Switching between a dino and car is easy to do in a few simple steps, making this 2-in-1 toy hard to put down!
Press the talk button to hear over 25 wild and fun phrases and to learn dinosaur facts, then tap the sound button to hear great dinosaur and car sound effects. Converting between the two different modes helps your child develop motor skills and the exciting sounds and facts help to promote imaginative and independent play.
