Sesame Street Alphabet Songs – Great Learning Tool for Preschoolers!

Who doesn’t love Sesame Street and all of those loveable characters?! We sure do! The great folks with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment sent us their new DVD, Alphabet Songs, and our little guy is loving it!

This DVD provides over two hours of fun and features some of our favorite entertainers like Norah Jones, the Dixie Chicks and Smokey Robinson. And of course all of your favorite Sesame Street friends make their appearances – Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster and more.

Your little ones will float with an astronaut in space, juggle with a robot, and swing by the “G Club” to hear the different sounds the letter G makes! Packed with lively and engaging melodies, Alphabet Songs foster a rich understanding of letters and vocabulary by emphasizing sounds and connecting them with visuals to reinforce the learning. This DVD includes every letter of the alphabet! There’s also a bonus full-length video ‘Learning Letters with Elmo!’

Our little guy is 20 months old, and his favorite is ‘Y Do I Love the Letter Y?’. He giggles and repeats everything. As parents, we are loving the educational value of this DVD. It keeps him engaged while he’s learning, and his six year old brother even enjoys it.

Did you know that Sesame Street is in its 44th season?? It’s the longest-running program in children’s television. It’s also received 153 Emmy Awards, more than any other show! And we can see why!
