Sometimes (most of the time!) I dearly love blogging. And sometimes I really, really love it! Like when the awesome people who make Bosco Ice Cream Syrups sent me a selection to try out! Yummmm! I was immediately intrigued with the Sea Salt Caramel and Fudge Brownie. Oh.My.Gosh. Heaven in a bottle.
So when the syrups first arrived, disaster. We had no ice cream in the house. Not even the bottom of an old carton of Ben and Jerry’s. Zilch. Zip. Nada. Have you ever tried to explain to a seven year old why he can’t try the new ice cream syrup? So we improvised. I handed him a popsicle and a little cup of Bosco Fudge Brownie ‘dipping sauce’. Big hit! He gobbled it up and I think he even drank the rest of it from the little cup.
The next morning, I got the big idea to add some of the caramel syrup to my coffee. Let me tell you – this takes coffee to a whole ‘nother level. Sublime! But we didn’t stop there. I gave the little guy some Fudge Brownie Chocolate Milk. Yeah, I know. I’m a terrible mother. But you know…it’s my job!
We finally got to the store and got some ice cream. I added both the Fudge Brownie and the Sea Salt Caramel then threw on some fresh blueberries that we had just picked that day. It was absolutely luscious!
If you want to really please the family, pick up a few bottles of Bosco Ice Cream Syrup! And while you’re at it, check them out on Facebook here and follow them on Twitter here!
