Staples is definitely our go to place for back to school supplies! Not only do they have a great selection, but their prices are fantastic.
Staples recently sent me a great selection of back to school items to take a look at and share my thoughts with you. I have a confession to make: I have always been a sucker for school/office supplies. Let me loose in an office supply store and I am in heaven. I was the same way back in school. I’d much rather be looking at fun school supplies than shoes or makeup. Call me crazy. So I have some experience when it comes to this stuff! And Staples is at the top of my list.
They have a great selection of fun folders, cool pencils, notebooks, backpacks, you name it. They sent us some great Sponge Bob and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles themed products. You know how much my little guy is going to LOVE those?
They also included a couple of ‘Bic Kids’ products: a pen and a pencil. You know what’s great about these? They actually help your child develop proper finger position for holding pens and pencils. My little guy (he’s 7) holds his pencil with his pinkie near the point. He has no control over his hand that way, and I constantly say, “Point to the Point” so that his index finger will be closer to the point of the pencil. But the Bic Kids pencil and pen has a unique guiding line for finger position. I love that!

I always do our back to school shopping at Staples. They have such great prices on supplies and our store always has everything in stock.
We did get our Crayola markers at Staples because we found them there the cheapest. I didn’t know about the 110% Price Match Guarantee they have. I will have to look more into that.
