This is a super easy chicken pot pie recipe that your family will love!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (I boil it, but you can bake, saute or grill)
1 16 ounce package frozen vegetables
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
CRUST
1 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter
1 cup milk
Cook frozen vegetables for 10 minutes in boiling water until tender. (I usually use the same water that I boiled the chicken in, for extra flavor)
Put chicken, vegetables and soup into casserole or baking dish and mix well
Mix flour, butter and milk together well
Pour flour mixture over top of chicken mixture
Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes, until crust is golden brown

This looks yummy and super easy! Last time I made this with a different type of top it came out gooey so I am gonna try this. Plus it’s a great cheap dinner!
Yum! My honey loves pot pie, but I have never been able to make one that was any good. I think this recipe can change that!
