Same issue here. Did everything I needed to do, but no $5 credit.
Jessi – you need to “redeem” the $5 credit. Go to your account and click on overview, then ‘My Rewards’. You should see the $5 in your account and click on “Redeem Now”. It will then apply to your purchase.
I did all of that, but there isn’t a credit showing to even redeem. I’m not sure what the issue is.
I’m so sorry you’re experiencing problems with this! I have had a lot of people who were able to get both the $5 and the $10 credits. Their customer service is really good if you’d like to call them and tell them that the credit didn’t show up. The number is (888) 578-8422. Also, did you verify your cell phone number? That has to be done, too.
It may be the cell phone issue then that’s causing it. Do you know if there is a way to resend the validation text? I never received it.

That was my issue. It doesn’t show up in the your rewards until you verify your number. I spent forever on the website and the app until I finally figured that out myself. You will eventually get the verification number texted to you, but it took hours before mine showed up and now all the good stuff it gone :/

Yeah there are a lot of cards but not really in my price range. I was specifically looking at the Sephora and TJ Maxx cards. They were all cheap when I signed up but it took so long to get my account verified they are a lot more expensive now. My problem is I live in the middle of no where so most of these stores I would never shop at. Oh well I just wish I could have got it all figured out earlier, I’ll just have to keep checking back and hope I luck out
