AquaVault – You Saw It on Shark Tank!

I live in Florida. And here in Florida, we tend to stay in the water, or at least around the water! It doesn’t matter if it’s a pool, lake, river or the beach, it’s where we spend (probably) far too much time in the summer. Which lasts for 11 months and 3 weeks.

And when we’re not in or around the water, you can find us at one of the central Florida theme parks in our backyards.

Here’s the thing – if you’re like most of us, you’re too smart to go for a swim with all of your valuables tucked in your pocket. Cell phones don’t like it. Money gets soggy. Cameras, unless waterproof, are ruined. So up until now, you either had to leave someone behind to babysit everyone else’s valuables, or you surreptitiously covered up your stuff with a t-shirt or beach towel, not realizing that everyone on the beach would know to look there first if they had nefarious plans for your stuff.

But thanks to a genius idea, you can keep your valuables safe on the go with AquaVault. What is it, you ask? Basically, it’s a personal safe that you take with you to the beach (pool, lake, etc.) and it attaches to about 95% of any beach furniture. Check this out:

See that? That’s an AquaVault, and it’s doing its job protecting valuables. Okay, yes, theoretically someone could still steal your stuff, but they’d have to take the whole chair in order to do it. Too much trouble for the would-be thief, and peace of mind for you.

The safe is small enough to be easy to carry with you, and large enough to hold your cash, credit cards, jewelry, wallets, cell phones, etc. It’s made with durable high impact ABS thermoplastic and is a definite deterrent to anyone who thinks about making off with your valuables.

And about those theme parks? Well, no, you’re not getting into the water, but you do find yourself having to leave stuff behind when you go on some of those wild rides. It wouldn’t do to ride Space Mountain and hit someone in the head with the cell phone that was flung out of your pocket.

Attach it to the kids’ stroller and you’re good to go!

The AquaVault uses a 3-digit combination that you set yourself in about 30 seconds, and you can even register your combination on the AquaVault website, so that if you ever forget it, you can go on the website and recover it. That’s cool!

And something that we really love? AquaVault donates a portion of all profits to the Make-a-Wish foundation – so your purchase is actually doing some good in the world!

Take a look at this short video about AquaVault, and keep in mind that this would make a great gift idea!!
