Are you familiar with the PlasmaCar? This is a ride-on “toy” that’s great for both kids and adults!
The great folks that make the PlasmaCar sent us one to enjoy and share our thoughts with you and I’ll have to tell you, our kids (8 and 3) are both loving it! And truth be told, Mr. Coupondipity is having a lot of fun with it, too. It’s good for people up to 220 pounds! And since both of us are kids at heart (Mr. Coupondipity says he may get older but he’ll never get more mature!), we are having a ball. It’s almost like being a kid again. Who knew that at our **ahem** age, we could play with a “toy” again!
I immediately loved how simple it was to assemble. I actually did it myself, and I am not exactly “handy”. It only took about 10 minutes or less before it was out of the box, assembled and ready to roll. I was very impressed with how sturdy this product is, and how well made.
The fact that the three year old, the eight year old and the adults in the house can all enjoy this is a win-win in my book.
I also love the fact that it has no batteries, gears or pedals, so it’s super easy to ride (and less components to break!). I don’t ever have to worry about saying, “Oh, we’re out of batteries. I’ll get some the next time I’m at the store.” And then look at the disappointment on the kids’ faces when they can’t play with a favorite toy.
And guess what else? You can use it indoors or out! So if it’s rainy (and you have room), the kids can have a ball with it in the house on a smooth surface. (Not recommended for wood floors).
