Epic Vodka – Epic Taste!

Okay…so this is a bit of a ‘different’ product review than you normally see here on Coupondipity…but, you know…Coronavirus, stress, homeschooling, stress, being busy, stress, Coronavirus…you get the point.

Around the Coupondipity house, when we have a cocktail, it needs to be good…really good. As we are mostly staying home, it’s nice to have a cocktail every now and again, and that’s where Epic Vodka comes in.

There are nine tasty flavors: grape, citrus, red berry, peach, classic, kiwi-strawberry, cherry, whipped cream, coconut and cake.

Epic Vodka is imported from France and inspired by centuries-old distilling traditions. Made from the finest wheat harvested from the Champagne region, Epic is distilled in the cognac region in France.

Distinctively smooth and great served neat, on the rocks, or in traditional vodka cocktails

We were sent three delicious flavors to try: red berries, peach and classic unflavored. Basically…summer in a bottle! Since we’re not big drinkers, we had to look online for vodka recipes. Apparently everyone else knows a lot about vodka, because there are a ton of recipes online.

Red Berry

RedBerry EPIC vodka icon A full-on explosion of berry flavor that will enhance any cocktail.

Peach EPIC vodka icon Enjoy the taste of summer all year long. EPIC Peach is simply bursting with juicy flavor.

Classic EPIC vodka icon Triple distillation and a distinctive look help turn everyday gatherings into inspired memories.

First we tried a Fuzzy Driver – take 2 oz Epic Peach vodka, 1 oz of Peach Schnapps, and 4 oz orange juice. Pour over glass of ice. For a sweeter drink, use Sunny D instead of OJ.

The second that we tried was red berries and we made a ‘sort of’ Cosmopolitan. We used 1 part red berries vodka, 1 part triple sec, a splash of fresh lime juice, and mixed it with a blueberry/pomegranate juice blend (but you could use cranberry or any juice you like). This one was really good – refreshing.

The last one was a super yummy White Russian. Use 2 ounces of classic unflavored vodka, 1 ounce of Kahlúa and heavy cream. Add the vodka and Kahlúa to an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with a large splash of heavy cream and stir. Okay – like I said, dessert in a glass.

Visit their website here, and check out the other flavors – including Cake! Yes, cake flavored vodka. Now that’s a birthday party! Sounds interesting, no?

So next time you’re in the store – grab a couple of bottles!

I don’t often drink hard liquor, but like you said – when I do it has to be great! The Kiwi-Strawberry sounds like something I could sip on. I’ve never heard of this brand (I probably only know 1 brand of vodka to begin with lol). With all these flavors I might have to try one or two..
