Our little guy was absolutely thrilled when we received the opportunity to review these awesome children’s noise limiting headphones.
Sakar’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Kid-Friendly headphones are designed just for kids, and they fit our little guy wonderfully. They didn’t slip and I love the fact that they help to prevent headaches and make his listening comfortable. These great headphones also have a volume control, so he is prevented from turning the volume louder than necessary – this protects him from loud noises and protects his hearing.
Our little guy is very, very sensitive to noise – we’re not sure why, it’s just the way he’s built. For example: if we’re in a parking lot about 20 feet from our car, and I click the lock mechanism on my key fob making the car horn beep, he flinches. It’s not really loud, and we’re not even close to it. Recently we bought him a pair of noise limiting headphones that don’t plug in, they just protect him from sound. He hates the sound of the coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, blender, etc., so these headphones that he can wear while listening to games or movies on the computer are awesome, and he loves them!

These are available in several styles at Toys R Us and Amazon. And they’re very reasonably priced – less than $20 or so. These would make a great gift for an Easter Basket!
